If you are unable to sign into your BlueDriver mobile app, try resetting your password.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the BlueDriver mobile app.
- Tap Login
- Tap Get help!
- Enter your BlueDriver account email address, and tap Reset Password.
- Click the reset link that was emailed to you.
- Enter your new password as needed and click Save.
Password Requirements
Your password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include at least 1 capital letter
- Include at least 1 special character:
()<>?!@
Additional Help
- If you don’t receive the reset link email, check your spam/junk folder.
