Reset your BlueDriver Password

If you are unable to sign into your BlueDriver mobile app, try resetting your password.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the BlueDriver mobile app.
  2. Tap Login
  3. Tap Get help!
  4. Enter your BlueDriver account email address, and tap Reset Password.
  5. Click the reset link that was emailed to you.
  6. Enter your new password as needed and click Save.

Password Requirements

Your password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Include at least 1 capital letter
  • Include at least 1 special character: @

Additional Help

  • If you don’t receive the reset link email, check your spam/junk folder.
