To use the BlueDriver app to start scanning vehicles, you must first ensure that you connect the scanner to your mobile device's Bluetooth Devices.
Specific steps might vary depending on type/version of mobile device that is being used.
First, Locate the vehicles OBD2 port and plug in BlueDriver scanner.
Ensure the vehicle is powered on.
Second, navigate to your mobile device’s Settings app, and open Bluetooth Settings.
Locate and connect to the BlueDriver scanner.
You have about 60 seconds after plugging in the scanner to connect to Bluetooth. If your phone is not finding the scanner, please unplug and re-plug the scanner and try again.
Finally, once the scanner is successfully added to Bluetooth devices, when you open the BlueDriver app, it should connect automatically.
You are now ready to scan vehicles!
